The beautiful and peaceful Lake Champlain is a place for rest, relaxation, and recreation. Every year, thousands flock to the Champlain Valley to soak in the magnificent views of the lake surrounded by majestic mountain ranges. However, Lake Champlain has not always been the peaceful getaway it is today.
Crossroads of a Continent began in 2023 as a blog and resource website for the history of the Champlain Valley, along with social media pages. In 2025, the podcast was started as a means to make the content more accessible in the digital environment.
